Frostfire Fangs are the poisonous teeth of the Dryders that inhibit the Northern Shiverpeak Mountains. The poison they emit produces invisible symptoms to those bitten.

Farming

Leave the Ice Tooth Cave and use the following route.

You should find exactly 20 Frostfire Dryders, including 2 bosses. You can easily solo them using any serious build. Ignore the first Minotaur after you leave Ice Tooth Cave. South-east of the last 2 Dryders there are another 2-3 patrolling nearby. You should find about 3-6 Frostfire Fangs per run.
