There are several ways to obtain official support for Guild Wars:
- via the Guild Wars Support website at https://help.guildwars.com/hc/
- Before submitting a support request, you can search the Knowledge Base to see if a remedy to your issue is already mentioned there
- via e-mail to support@guildwars.com

- The wiki community is made up primarily of Guild Wars players, not ArenaNet staff. Account-related issues still need to go through official support channels.
