I think capes should not be bound to guilds Cause I don't like being in a guild but I do like the cape (would be even better if it was way longer) and i can't even choose the cape myself cause i'm only member. Yeah of course I can give my opinion and maybe ask to change te cape but some other members then wouldn't like it, and I don't want to make a Guild just to have a cape. So maybe there could just be a "Cape emblemer" where you can buy capes, make designs for them, and so on. Maybe it could have an option just like the festival hat guy that you can show him a cape (give it a title so you know what one it is the next time) and he could make you the same one for a fee. And I think you should be able to change the cape more. (the size, length, if its hooded, ragged...)

- People who don't like to be in guilds but like tha capes can still have them.
- More diversity in the looks cause there are more different capes.
- Why it may not work out
- The whole essence of Guild Wars is to be in a Guild and this way there would be less people in a guild.
- The whole idea of the cape is to be a sign of the guild! You don't wanna be in a guild? Then pay 2.1K and made yourself a solo guild.
