Make it so the cost of guild stuff goes down, but add more stuff, also let NPC's walk around with quest, almost like an outpost.

Why this is a good idea

• It will make the halls filled up.

Why it may not work out

• Hard to do?
• The whole point of charging hundreds of platinum for pointless NPC's is to remove gold from the economy without any effort on the part of developers.
