pop-out chat box tabs and seperate PM/Whisper window (Discussion)

This will make it like Lineage II, where you can grab one of the chat tabs, like for example, guild chat, drag it out and it will then be in a separate window, or separate system messages from the rest of the chat. Also, for PMing, AKA whispering, it would pop up a window that looks like a chat window in an instant messaging program. For example, yahoo messenger. So your PMs will be separate from the rest of the chat.

Why this is a good idea

•   It would make it easier for those who have a hard time telling whether a message coming in is from guild chat or all chat because of similar coloring.
•   Would keep chat more organized instead of all clustered together.

Why it may not work out

•  People may like it the way it is and not see anything wrong with it and not want it changed
•  It may fill up the screen more with other windows. -->
•  Random windows popping up while using the keyboard is a very big annoyance.
