- Issue
- The 1 second cast time seems to slow compared with most dervish enchants. The 25% reduction of skill recharge and energy are not on par with things such as warrior adrenaline buffs and flourish, assassin's promise, and possibly some ranger skills. The duration/recharge ratio is too low at a usable attribute levels in wind prayer's. This same issue seems to plague alot of dervish skills.

- couple possibilities
- Decrease activation time to 1/2-3/4 second, recharge/energy reduction to 33%
- Decrease activation time to 1/2-3/4 second, leave the recharge/energy reduction at 25% and add, decreases activation time of all dervish skills by 25%-33%, possibly scalable with attribute level (11%-25%-33%)
