In PvE-inferior to non-elite Necrosis
- Issue
- Inferior to a non-elite in PvE. Necrosis requires no attribute investment and has less conditionals as well.
- Suggestion
- Lower energy to 1 in PvE and make the conditional the same as Necrosis.
PvP version not very good for PvP

- Elite Spell that damages target foe for 10...62...75 if they are suffering from a condition. If they are also suffering from a hex that foe is knocked down and you lose 2 energy.
