Akirai's Issue -- 14:48, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
- Issue
- This skill currently doesn't see much use. It's current use is two fold. To supercharge adrenaline (an interesting and possibly legit use in a balanced build) and to act as another hex for hexstacks (a less interesting use which it's subpar at in comparison to parasitic bond anyway).
- Suggestion
- Recharge reduced to 5, functionality changed: "Hex Spell. For 5..17..20 seconds, the next time target foe blocks, the attacker gains 0..2..3 adrenaline and 0..1..2 Energy."
- Addendum
- Anti-block already is a necro thing, with defile defenses and rigor mortis available, this is an extension on that role, while being in keeping with the original skill theme of adrenaline fuel. The energy fuel is there to make it synergize better with ranger, sin and derv attackers. There are a few nice breakpoints which are only achieveable using runes which keeps this skill superior in the hands of a necro primary than a mes primary.
