marginal benefits over Shadow of Fear (in the area instead of adjacent doesn't do much when it is targeting a melee group) for an added cost of 5 energy and 17% heal sacrifice

Suggestion 1

reduce health sacrifice to 10%

remove health sacrifice

lower range to nearby
