- Issue
- The skill is useless. You suffer more degen yourself than your opponent does. It inflicts a condition in PBAoE range, while having 4x the recharge of most condition removal.
- Suggestion
- Remove the degen effect. Add a 10% Health sacrifice. Increase the range to nearby. Reduce the recharge to 3. Reduce the energy cost to 1.
- OR
- Add "You move 25% faster while affected by this enchantment." Enchantment duration now scales 5..17..20. Recharge increased to 15.
- Addendum
- If it's changed in the first way, it might see some use on Wars or Dervs. The second way adds a speed boost to the skill and turns it into a funky combination of Flame Djinn's and Storm Djinn's Haste, and might help the weird necro runners floating around to become more viable.

- Make it work on target ally, 1 energy, 10% health sacrifice, no degen. Then it would be decent. Also should be moved to Death Magic.

Make it target a foe as a hex which lasts 5...12 seconds. Increase energy cost to 15 casting time to 1 second. Whenever that foe moves or attacks, that foe is poisoned.

- Skill is useless even on the one class that it slightly synergies with. (dervishes)

- Move to death magic, If target ally is struck by an attack, the attacker is poisoned for x...x
- Basically a single target tainted flesh, keep the recharge long enough so it cant be maintained on more than 1-2 allies. or not maintainable at all.

Move it to Blood Magic. Change functionality to: Target ally is poisoned for 10 seconds. For 5...15 seconds foes that target this ally only gain half the healing from life stealing and are poisoned for 10 seconds.
