Issue
Underpowered, better elites in Channeling and just better Rit elites in general.
Suggestion
10 Energy 2Activation time 5 Recharge time
Elite Spell. Target foe and all nearby foes take 25...93...110 lightning damage. Those foes take an additional 5...21...25 lightning damage for each Spirit within earshot.
This would probably be too overpowered in PvP with a ton of spirits. This is more of a PvE oriented change, so it could possibly be a PvE/PvP split. With this change, it would help give the Ritualists more AoE damage besides Spirit Rift.
Perhaps increase the recharge a bit and max out the number of spirits or damage.

I kinda like it now, but here's a suggestion anyway.
Suggestion

10 Energy2 Activation time8 Recharge time Elite Spell (3 seconds). Deals 10...34...40 lightning damage to target and nearby foes every second. You gain 5 Energy if you are within earshot of a spirit or holding a bundle item.

It's like an offensive Ancestors' Rage! Nice damage but not that spiky. The AOE should stick to your target, like AR.
