10 Energy1 Activation time10 Recharge time - (Restoration Magic) - Binding Ritual. "Create a level 1...10...12 Spirit. Rejuvenation heals earshot party members for 3...9...10 Health each second. Dies too quickly

Suggestion
Make it slightly slow and decrease the damage it takes. E.g.:
"Binding Ritual. Create a level 1...13...16 Spirit. This Spirit heals all party members within earshot for 2...7...8 Health each second. This Spirit loses half the total amount it heals in this way. This Spirit dies after 30...78...90 seconds."
This way it would actually have double the healing power, but it would be slower. I think this would be worth it, however, especially considering that you can then use it to fuel Mend Body and Soul et.c.. Remember that with a cast time of 3 it's not worth it if it only lives a short while (and even with only 4 ppl being healed per second, a L16 spirit will only last 8 seconds with no spawning power).
Additionally, the recharge could do with a slight decrease - maybe 25 or even 20?
As an aside, doubling the health you get also doubles the extra health you get from spawning power, giving that a much-needed if very tiny minor buff.
