I dont think this should be a whole new professionto be honest. Using WoW as an example, it sounds like the equivalance to a Shadow Priest in essence. I think that a person could just be a Paragon/Necromancer like you said. If a profession uses similar or the same attributes as another profession, it shouldnt be a NEW profession. Maybe a discipline or whatever. But not a new profession. Camkam
- I agree with Camkam here. It just doesn't sound that unique to be a new profession. --PCGamer07 23:36, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
- Er-hem.. "Kneel!" That kind of OP should probably disable all your skills for 120 seconds. I agree with the two above me so far as it is a P/N. I do hope they stick this dual proffession skill idea in GW2. Symbol of Wrath and minion strike, for instance, could only appear in the skill list when you're running P/N and draw power from 2 attributes at once. Use this as an example: Inspiring Sacrifice - sacrifice 20..5% health (blood magic bound.) Allies within earshot gain +5..20..24 armour (motivation bound.) If proffessions change you overall in some way in GW2 this could be a reality. -- Spawn Legacy 03:24, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
- I was actually thinking that too. Having skills that only a specific profession combonation can use. The only thing wrong with that is the whole less skills thing Anet said they were doing. Camkam
