Meh. Not very well thought out hehe... ~~ frvwfr2 (talk · contributions) 03:17, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
Shoyon's issue
An enchantment providing a 5...34...41% damage boost to your next attack would be a waste of energy and a skill slot since the bonus only applies to weapon damage, aftercast delay would prevent you from attacking for at least 3/4 of a second and you would need 15 Mysticism to regain the energy cost. -- Gordon Ecker 08:20, 10 August 2008 (UTC)
- Of course, with scythes, that boost would not be that insignificant, with 100 dmg crits and all... -- NUKLEAR IIV 08:14, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- But spamming Shoyon's suggested version of the skill, even with no casting time, would actually lower your mean DPS. As for spiking, without taking attack skills or prefix bonuses into account, at 16 Scythe Mastery, a max customized 15^50 scythe crits a target with 60 armor for ~92 damage and deals ~40 mean non-critical damage, with an unrealistic 15 Earth Prayers, the proposed skill would only add ~38 damage for critical hits and ~16 mean damage for non-critical hits. Of course all of this damage would be affected by armour. If a sundering mod triggers on a critical hit, it would raise the scythe damage to ~113, ~160 with Shoyon's version of Vow of Strength, raising the damage bonus to ~47. -- Gordon Ecker 01:14, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- They could just revert it. It wasn't the most used elite out there, but who would pick another Dervish elite when Wounding Strike is the way it is? Also, I'm wtfshocked they nerfed the Dervish. Just thought I'd throw that in while I could. RitualDoll 11:32, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
- On more contemplation, I agree with gordon. Maybe buff the nex 1..3 attacks? Or, instead of a damage bonus, make it guarantee 3 critical hits on 1..4 consecuitive attacks. Maybe. -- NUKLEAR IIV 09:25, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
- Elite Enchantment Spell. For 20 seconds, your attacks deal 5...41...50% more damage against foes not suffering from 1...2...2 or more conditions.
- Elite Enchantment Spell. For 20 seconds, your attacks deal 5...41...50% more damage, but remove 3...1...0 conditions from foes.
- Elite Enchantment Spell. For 20 seconds, your attacks deal 5...41...50% more damage, but whenever you strike a foe, they lose all but 0...2...2 conditions.
- That'd at least you cripple a target or something... Raine - talk 05:11, 13 November 2008 (UTC)

Highly Conditional
Maybe like "this skill ends if you cut your hair or drink wine."? 86.31.159.72 10:48, 21 February 2009 (UTC)
