It's from Factions - GW devs started pushing cross-attribute synergy skills at that point, like Arc Lightning.
Drop the cost and recharge to 5 on Fetid Ground. It's not at all a scary spike skill, and with the harsh condition and 10 second recharge, it's not exactly a pressure skill either right now. 5-.75-5 lines up nicely with Weaken Knees if nothing else. Bitter Chill might feel bad, but it's not exactly a good skill itself. Give BC a 1 cost and tack on a sacrifice, and nobody should complain. MA Anathe 03:13, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

i'd say reduce the cast time to make it easier to catch someone's who's knocked down, and move it to curses and change the damage to shadow (armor ignoring) and reduce it slightly --Blood Anthem User Blood Anthem Sig.jpg 14:51, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
