This skill is already overpowered and does not need a buff. The current skill behavior is correct. No, it's useless. If you use EF, then you're wasting a skill slot becuase not not using EF and just expertise to reduce energy cost and using expertise and EF to reduce energy cost is still the same. 71.146.82.31 22:48, 17 February 2009 (UTC)

Only on certain levels. Learn to spend attribute points correctly instead of whining that an already good skill is "useless". Stop being bad at the game and stop asking Anet to break the game further.
