Attunements are a sub-set of Elementalist spells that provide standard energy management for the caster - being most efficient when specializing on one attribute.
Non-elite attunement spells are self-target enchantments that cost 10 energy, last 60 seconds (at attribute level 15) and grant 30% energy cost refund (+1 absolute energy).
The elite attunement stacks with the other ones and gives an additional 50% refund leading to almost no cost if combined with these.
