What's your dilemma, Churrlan?

"Well, I've been investigating the smuggling operations in Mehtani Keys. I think I've discovered a rather large deal about to go down. I'm just not sure who should I talk to about this."

Anything I can do to help?

"I don't think so, <Character name>, but thanks for the offer. I need to gather a little more information first. I have found a possible way inside the smuggling ring... some guy who calls himself Kehtmah is looking for extra hands for the leader. But I'm not qualified for undercover work, thus my dilemma."
