Councilor Troi is an NPC that appears only during the Trial of Zinn and is a member of the Arcane Council.

- Before the trial
- "Zinn is making a mistake by not hiring an advocate. I told him as much, but he wouldn't listen.
- I had hoped people would start taking me more seriously when I got this new tunic, but I sense that it isn't working."
- After the trial
- "I really thought Zinn was going to go with "You'll live to regret this!" rather than "Fools! I'll show you all!" It's a matter of personal taste, I suppose, but I think the former is more traditional."
