Dockmaster Dimedeh offers free passage for characters to travel to Kamadan, Jewel of Istan, although it might be faster to just map travel.

- Those interested in Vanquishing the Plains of Jarin can bypass the normal party limit of four in Kamadan because Dimedeh can teleport up to eight party members. See Kamadan, Jewel of Istan notes for details.
