EULA
From Guild Wars Wiki
Jump to navigationJump to search
The End-User License Agreement is a digital legal agreement prepared by ArenaNet that stipulates the terms and conditions under which players may use their Guild Wars accounts. The EULA is an industry standard, and retains certain rights and ownerships for ArenaNet, as well as establishing parameters for suspension of an account. All players must accept the EULA in order to play Guild Wars.
Notes[edit]
As with any legal agreement, the EULA is subject to all applicable laws for both involved parties, and specific enforcement of any EULA may depend on the court to which a case is brought. For more information in this regard, see W:EULA.
