An Alliance Announcement tab when you press "G" for Guild. It's just like Guild Announcement, but for the Alliance. It could be very helpful. Only the guild leaders in the Alliance may use it. About 140 words to be written. Also show the history of the guilds.
I agree that there should be a message board available to the leadership of all the guilds to make organization and activities more easy to make known to all alliance members. Officers as well as guild leaders should all be able to post here.
