Objectives[edit]
- Accompany Gwen as she convenes the Ebon Vanguard.
- Listen to Gwen's speech.
- Talk to Gwen about the recall.
- Speak to Warmaster Tydus in Ascalon City to gain access to the Vanguard Camp.
- See Gwen in the Vanguard Camp for your reward.

Environmental changes[edit]
After this quest:
- Gwen and Lieutenant Thackeray will no longer spawn in the Hall of Monuments.
- Kimmes the Historian will have additional dialogue explaining the Hall of Monuments.
- The Vanguard Camp will be accessible through the World Map and through talking with Warmaster Tydus.
Walkthrough[edit]
Simply talk to Gwen in the Hall of the Monuments. Watch the speech. Once the speech is over, talk to Gwen again.
Go to Ascalon City and talk to Warmaster Tydus. Accept his offer to take you to the Vanguard Camp. Once you are at the Vanguard Camp, talk to Gwen to complete the quest.

- "I'm so glad you're here. King Adelbern has recalled the Ebon Vanguard to Ascalon. Have we finally won? Even so, I want you to be here while I make the final arrangements."
Accept: "As you wish Gwen."
Decline: "I'd rather not have anything to do with this."
Ask: "I have called a meeting of the entire Ebon Vanguard here in the Eye of the North. Will you accompany me to the meeting?"
