After plying Guild Wars for over 4 years, i still don't understand why can't the group leader move party members in Party Formation window without kicking them than inviting them back. This is a major flaw that causes mass confusion and many times result in members leaving the party(Especially in HA, and some PvE areas where there is not that many players)
