Dervishes should have at least 1 pip of energy regeneration removed. For one, the new role of Mysticism is very similar to Expertise and greatly reduces the amount of energy needed. Raising the energy cost of dervish enchantments does not make much of a difference unless it is a drastic change. Second, dervishes have very many adrenaline skills now, some of which even gain energy, as well as adrenaline gain enhancing skills that are even better than those of warriors. It just no longer makes sense for them to have as much energy regeneration as a caster.
