There's a few interesting things that aren't available on observer mode that would be nice to see. Some that come to mind are "High Ranked" festival games and "High Score" runs on challenge missions.
I think it would be generally interesting to see how players compete in both. For general festival games, teams that have an unusually high number of consecutive wins, or teams with exceptionally ranked players(teams with high combined Skillz titles) would be the qualification. For example, a team with 10 or more consecutive wins in Dragon Arena would be available for Observer mode, as would a team with over 10 levels of Skillz title between them(a team of six players with level 2 Skillz title would meet this criteria, as would a team with four level 3 Skillz players, and so forth).
For rollerbeetle races and the challenge missions, simply having the daily and, perhaps, quarterly bests available to view seems simple enough.
This might be interesting for team arenas as well, but the gimmicky nature of team arenas makes that seem somewhat less interesting.
