Zei Ri is currently gained by completing the whole Winds of Change campaign on hard mode, which MUST be preceded by completing it on normal mode.

Even worse is the fact that the one gained from Normal Mode walkthrough is Miku, who outside of some specialist or fun builds is genuinely useless as a hero, and Zei Ri is a ritualist, which is already well-recieved as a profession for heroes with multitudes of builds.

Zei Ri's accessibility should be reviewed and alleviated. If possible him and Miku should be switched, or both should be accessible at the end of the Normal Mode playthrough.
