A number of Paragon skills have an effect that depends on the number of allies or party members in earshot. This tends to make them less effective when the party size is less than 8.

Leadership[edit]
- "Lead the Way!" - Shout. Target ally moves 25% faster for 1...4...5 seconds (maximum of 20 seconds) for each ally in earshot.
- "Make Your Time!" - Shout. You gain one adrenaline (maximum 1...4...5) for each party member in earshot.
- Leader's Comfort - Skill. You gain 30...66...75 Health. You also gain 10...18...20 Health (maximum 140) for each ally in earshot.
- Signet of Return - Signet. Resurrects target party member (5...13...15% Health and 1...3...4% Energy for each party member in earshot).
Motivation[edit]
- Leader's Zeal - Skill. You gain 2 Energy (maximum 8...11...12 Energy) for each nearby ally.
Proposal[edit]
These skills seem designed with 8-player parties in mind and so I propose that the bonus given per ally/party member in earshot is increased (perhaps doubled) but that the caps remain the same (or if there are no caps, a cap could be put in place.) This would mean that, provided the Paragon had 3 other allies/party members in earshot, they would probably gain maximum benefit from the skill. In a way, this is very similar in function to the recent change to the inherent effect of the Leadership attribute and would make Paragons more useful in 4-player parties (such as Random Arenas, Codex Arena, early PvE, etc.)

I have increased the numbers so that the skills can be used at maximum effectiveness with a party size of 4 instead of 8.
