Final Balance Update for Paragon - PvE only[edit]
The Paragon is - right after the Ranger and the Monk - another profession that needs a huge balance update in PvE. I mean Imbagon is a nice thing, but this beautiftul profession should be capable of more.
Primary attribute[edit]
New Leadership : You gain 2 Energy for each ally affected by one of your Shouts or Chants (maximum 1 Energy for every 2 ranks). In PvE, you have +2 armor per rank of Leadership while you are under the effect of shouts or chants.
Leadership[edit]
"Lead the Way!" 10 0 8 Shout. Increased values: Target ally moves 33% faster for 1...5...6 seconds (maximum of 30 seconds) for each ally in earshot.
"Make Your Time!"
10 0 20 Shout. Reduced recharge time to 20 seconds.
"They're on Fire!"
10 0 10 Shout. Increased duration and damage reduction: (15 seconds.) Party members in earshot take 10...34...40% less damage from Burning foes.
Aggressive Refrain
20 2 20 Echo. Reduced energy cost to 20, removed armor reduction punishment: (5...21...25 seconds.) You attack 25% faster. Renewal: whenever a chant or shout ends on you. The armor punishment is hereby removed.
Angelic Protection
5 0 20 Skill. Reduced recharge time to 20 seconds.
Anthem of Flame
5 0 8 Chant. Reduced recharge time to 8 seconds, increased burning duration: (10 seconds.) Party members in earshot inflict Burning condition (1...4...5 second[s]) with their next attack skill.
Blazing Finale
5 1 8 Echo. Increased duration: (15...39...45 seconds.) Inflicts Burning condition (1...6...7 second[s]) to adjacent foes whenever a chant or shout ends on target ally. Cannot target spirits.
Burning Shield
5 0 8 Skill. Reduced recharge time to 8 seconds.
Defensive Anthem
10 1 20 Elite Chant. Reduced recharge time to 20 seconds, increased values: (4...9...10 seconds.) Party members in earshot have 75% chance to block. Ends when hitting with an attack skill.
Glowing Signet
0 0 12 Signet. Reduced recharge time to 12 seconds.
Soldier's Fury
5 1 5 Elite Echo. Removed armor reduction punishment, increased adrenalin gain: (10...30...35 seconds.) You attack 33% faster and gain 75% more adrenaline if under the effects of a shout or chant. The armor punishment is hereby removed.
Spear Swipe
10 0 10 Spear Attack. Reduced recharge time to 10 seconds, increased damage: Deals +5...21...25 damage and inflicts Dazed condition (4...9...10 seconds). This attack has melee range.

5 0 15 Elite Shout. Reduced recharge time to 15 seconds, increased duration and health gain: (4...13...15 seconds) Allies in earshot move 33% faster and gain 5...17...20 Health while moving.
"Never Give Up!"
5 0 15 Shout. Increased energy gain: Allies in earshot gain 1...12...15 Energy. Only affects allies below 75% Health.
"Never Surrender!"
5 0 15 Shout. Increased health regeneration: (15 seconds.) Party members in earshot gain +1...7...8 Health regeneration. Only affects party members below 75% Health.

4 1 0 Chant. Reduced adrenalin cost to 4.

Godspeed
10 0 25 Shout. Reduced recharge time to 25 and duration, increased speed boost: (1...8...10 seconds.) Allies in earshot move 50% faster while enchanted. --> (25% IMS = Godspeed?......50% IMS = Godspeed !!! The increased IMS matches the skill name by far better.)

Cruel Spear

Mighty Throw

Stunning Strike

Swift Javelin
5 0 6 Spear Attack. Reduced recharge time to 6 seconds, increased damage: Deals +5...21...25 damage. This spear moves twice as fast and is unblockable if you are enchanted.
Unblockable Throw
4 2 0 Spear Attack. Reduced activation time to 2 seconds and adrenalin cost to 4.
Vicious Attack
5 0 6 Spear Attack. Reduced recharge time to 6 seconds, increased damage: Deals +5...21...25 damage. Inflicts Deep Wound condition (5...13...15 seconds) with a critical hit.
Wild Throw
5 0 0 Spear Attack. Reduced adrenalin cost to 5, increased damage and removed skill deactivation punishment: Deals +10...26...30 damage. Unblockable. Ends target's stance. All of your non-spear attack skills are NOT disabled anymore.
Pve skills[edit]
"There's Nothing to Fear!" 15 0 20 Shout. Increased duration, damage reduction and health gain: (6 seconds plus 1 second for every 2 ranks in Leadership.) Reduces damage by 25...50% for party members in earshot. End effect: heals for 40...100 Health.
Spear of Fury
5 1 6 Spear Attack. Reduced recharge time to 6 seconds, increased damage and adrenalin gain: Deals +30...50 damage. Gain 2...8 strikes of adrenaline if you hit a foe with a condition.
Conclusion[edit]
I, myself love this profession but it's a total disgrace, how bad the Paragon is balanced in the current PvE game. So there is not much to say here, I suppose that almost every change / rebalance that is suggested here is pretty much self explanatory. A lot of skills had way too high recharge timn, too short duration time for PvE. So I fixed those issues.
