I think that Farmer's Scythe is too underpower because of recharge and damage.It needs a serious buff.For example:

5 0.75¾ 8 Scythe Attack.Deals +5...17...20 damage.Instantly recharges if hits more than one foe.

or like this:

5 0.75¾ 8 Scythe Attack.Deals +5...21...25 damage.Recharge 50% faster if hits more than one foe.
