Strike target foe for +0...11...14 damage, and you affect target foe & foes adjacent to your target by: interrupting, inflicting Blind for 0...2...2 seconds, and inflicting Bleeding for 3...10...12 seconds. After 2 seconds, target foe becomes Diseased for 5...12...14 seconds.

- This pretty much sounds like (to me) what the effects of a swarm of furious locusts could be (you'd be blinded by the swarm, they'd cut you up, & your cuts would get infected)
- End-effect promotes 'hit & run' Assassin playstyle
- Punishes foes for balling (to avoid, for example, Horns of the Ox)
- Synergy with other underused skills (Signet of Shadows, Signet of Deadly Corruption, Fragility, etc)
