- A Messenger NPC for the Guild halls in GW

It would be a NPC that would let online members of a guild/alliance leave messages for offline members of the guilds in the alliance and it would not let "guests" of the guild leave messages only the allies and members of that guild in the alliance so it would be alliance & guild oriented. If a member/ally of the guild wants a message for the whole guild it would be free or 10 gold but if the message is for a certain person in that guild it would be 10 or 20 gold and the NPC would be gender oriented towards the Guild leader since he/she chose the guild hall I have explained this to my guild members and they think its a good idea
