Infusion for non-proph characters doing WiK

Pls make infusion available to non-prohecies characters doing War in Kryta (WiK) - preferably early on in the core WiK storyline - like as part of one of the core quests.

This would make WiK more accessible to my Canthan & Elonian characters, that haven't completed/done a run to Prophecies end-zone for an infusion run.
