Make BFLA repeatable

Pls make battle for Lions Arch repeatable. It's one of my favourite mini-missions, and at the moment I can only do it after completing War in Kryta on another character, or being lucky to join someone else who is doing it.
I'd hope that it wouldn't need that much codig. Just new dialogue for the repeat quest-giver, plus maybe changing the rewards for repeat runs (e.g. making it 50 war supplies instead of 3 medals of honor).
