New PvE title (Jack of all trades)

Might need a better sounding name - but thought I'd suggesta a title for ppl who have 1 level 20 character of every profession on one account - as a way to reward having multiple-characters. This should be comparable to many other PvE titles in terms of time investment, although it would require purchase of 2 extra character slots to complete.
And of course, valid retrospectively, as it wouldn't be useful to force players to buy another 10 slots on their main gw account.
