Will we ever be able to change our guild names? I ask this because with the recent ability to purchase a token to change your character name and/or appearance, could this be applied to being able to change your guild's name. Guilds change and evolve over time, especially as players come and go. Some players inherit guilds that they did not create and being able to re-purpose, re-vitalize and make the guild yours again for you and your members would be an invaluable asset. Some guilds are successful in their original mission purpose but maybe players are looking for a new way ahead. Same as buying the ability to change your character name in the in-game store, you would like to keep your investment in your characters just as you would your guild, you would just like to give it a new identity. It is my feeling that this could be a viable option to a lot of players who are in a similar situation of having a long-standing guild that is dead but the new leader would like to rebirth it under his/her own vision without the presence of its former self.
I just feel there are many guilds that get disbanded and/or lost with all the time spent building them up simply because people want to make guilds in their own image but are left with a decrepit guild and a leader who no longer plays.
