Gatekeeper in Luxon/Kurzick outposts

The idea that "Kurzick Gatekeeper" is used in a Luxon outpost (due to border change) is probably a bad idea.
Suggestion to fix: perhaps the model of the NPC's do not have to change -- they live there and as such has source of inventories for sale. Just change the name every now and then may seem ideal unless there are some other factor that is preventing the change like the outpost has to be cleared. If the outpost has to be cleared, perhaps having a bunch of NPC from the new faction go in and kill the old gate keeper can facilitate the change without clearing the outpost.
