Some improvement idea for securing an account:
My account was accessed by an unfriendly player 2 weeks before. You may know what I lost. Last week one of my best friend's account was also accessed by gold seller.
I started to thinking how can be more secure an account:
1, Country check during login procedure: Most of the players are playing from the same country without proxy from other country. During login, the country ( by IP ) can be checked and if it is not from that country the player used 3 times before, a pre-check procedure can be start to validate, the user is the account owner or not. The pre-check procedure can be: mail, sms and/or NCSoft master account validation.
2, Harder master account name: NCSoft master account name and password can be much more longer and unique. So it will be harder to accessed by unfriendly player.
