I'd suggest to turn this speel into some kind of necromancer-epidemic, that way you could open some new way's to use it.

Suggestion E5 A1/2 R10 Spell. All conditions on target ally are transfered to all adjacent enemies. For every condition transefered in that way you lose (20...10...5)% of your maximum health. Can not selftarget.
