Speal. Deals 10...42...50 damage and inflicts burning for 3 seconds. Deals 10...42...50 damage to foes nearby if target foe was already burning.
This change would go a little bit more with the name and offer one or two synergies. Numbers could still be changed i guess but it should be okay like this.
