Guild Leaders should be able to create their own custom Ranks for members etc., without just limiting it to Guild Leader, Officers and Members. Of course there would be a limit on how many ranks you could create, and the standard naming convention would apply. The Guild Leader could change permissions at the guild hall via a purchasable NPC or at a major city at the guild master (if these NPCs exist in-game).
