This has been kind of up and down in my mind. It's something I've always thought would be cool but I'll probably get some people against this. IMO: Since Whirlwind and Teinai's Wind are the exact same skill on the except of campaign if we could change Teinai's Wind (or both skills) to:

Spell. Conjure Teinai's Wind at target foe's location. Target foe and all adjacent foes take 15...51...60 cold damage. Attacking foes struck by Teinai's Wind are knocked down.

Spell. Conjure Teinai's Wind at target foe's location. Target foe and all adjacent foes take 15...51...60 cold damage. Attacking foes struck by Teinai's Wind are knocked down.

Concise description
Spell. Hits target foe and all adjacent foes. Deals 15...51...60 cold damage. Causes knock-down to attacking foes.

As to damage, I think it would b okay if it stayed the same. But when it comes to the knock down, I left it on, but it might be over powered. I left the energy cost and recharge the same too, for now. Discussion?
