Running AI with certain builds bars are the reason that Anet are removing them in a update, it; it's like Pyre Fierceshot running RaO and having “Unfaithful Servant" in your party. They are the SAME thing Pyre = Servant

Solution

Remove Heroes and henchman from PVP All together It's PVP Player Vs Player NOT Player Vs AI or have it have a skill level list like [1] Where each hero has skills from ,Lv1 only 1, Lv 2 has 2, and Lv3 4 and 1 freebee(can be Any lv non-elite)
