So, it seems that miniature storage is the topic of interest lately, and everybody has their own ideas. I have already posted this idea in response to a previous suggestion, but have decided to make my own suggestion page for it. Here are my own ideas:
I suggest a minipet NPC, similar to the Festival Hat NPC, that you can show a minipet to, and then can reproduce your minipet for 10 gold on any character on your account (a similar suggestion was posted here. These minipets, of course, would be untradeable. What I think would work best in respects to minipet economy and financial resources for ANet, is to create an NPC that can create an untradeable minipet for you for 10 gold, but this NPC has access to only those minipets which have been dedicated in your Hall of Monuments. This would make it so one would first have to have an undedicated version of a minipet and then dedicate it before it would become available for this unique type of storage. Perhaps, these untradeable minipets could even be purchased at the monument itself.
For thematic consistency, I'm thinking the NPC could be a Toy Maker.
