I initially had this idea when posting a comment here, and have further developed the idea.
Currently, there are certain rewards that are available only to PvP players, namely Balthazar Faction and the Zaishen keys and other rewards that can be purchased therewith. This means that PvP players have a leg up on PvE players when it comes to the Zaishen Chest and its rewards and the Zaishen rank title.
I propose a new type of faction exclusive to PvE play to allow the same rewards available to PvP players to PvE players. Why should Zaishen keys and the Zaishen rank title be so strongly tied to PvP, especially when the Zaishen Chest provides items to be used for either player type? ie: skill tomes, drunkard title points, sweet tooth title points, and weapons.
This new type of faction would be separate from Balthazar Faction so that the 2 wouldn't mix and Bfaction wouldn't build up any more quickly and it could stay exclusive to PvP play. There would be no way to trade one faction for the other. The only way to build up this new faction would be through PvE. Since Balthazar is denoted in the PvP-only faction, lets dedicate this new faction type to Grenth, which makes thematic sense, since, by vanquishing, doing quests, and assassinating certain bosses during Zbounty quests, you are filling Grenth's lair, the Underworld, with new souls, so he awards you with faction. Of course, its not the name that matters, but the mechanics of this new faction; the name can be whatever.

- More faction awarded for earning masters reward or completing Bonus objective, and even more awarded for HM
- Vanquishing an area
- as a reward for completing Zaishen Mission

- Grenth Faction can be spent for the following rewards
- Zaishen keys
- Unlock skills for hero use
- Passage Scroll to the Fissure of Woe
- Passage Scroll to the Underworld
- Unlock pets in the Zaishen Menagerie
- Grenth Faction cap can be increased by
- Defeating Dhuum in the Underworld
