I have often had to forgo venturing into the elite areas of the game due to an insufficient number of real people to party-up with. I know many of us have experienced this. One of the main reasons to party up with real people is because they have access to more powerful PvE skills to benefit the group. I would like to propose that we extend access to title-based PvE skills to our heroes. They share the other benefits of wearing these titles, why not give them the accompanying skills as well? This would allow for a better than underpowered group when a real party can't be found.
