Let the party interface show more about the other party members than just their health: Their energy, conditions, hexes, enchants - everything
After all we are a party that play together cooperatively - why should the game hide or obscure this info and force us to use the party chat or external voice chat programs to communicate it (which adds a great deal of hard-core-ness to the game)?
For example, as it is in GW1, it is hard for a human player to efficiently use skills like Ritual_of_Blood. This is in contrast with the AI, which actually sees how much energy the party members have and uses such skills very well (and so Eve is always the first hench i get in the party).
Another example is the monk's dilemma whether to remove a condition or not from a warrior when he (the monk) does not know what the condition is - bleeding (not worth removing) or blindbess (very important to remove). If they are in teamspeak the war will tell the monk but otherwise probably not.
