Receiving Brass Knuckles in Kilroy Dungeon

Currently, when entering the Fronis Irontoe dungeon, you receive a pair of standard brass knuckles when you enter if you don't have a pair. While, in theory, this is a great idea, it becomes redundant if you are already carrying a pair of Thunderfists's Brass Knuckles. Now you have an extra pair to throw away after your run. This can be an annoyance for people farming the dungeon for either chests or survivor runs.

I propose either changing the weapon detection script to acknowledge having a pair of Thunderfist's equipped, or making the player have to speak to Kilroy in order to get a new pair of standard brass knuckles.
