Arcing Shot[edit]

This skill is for spreading conditions.
Barrage[edit]

10 ¾ 1 Elite Bow Attack. Shoot arrows at target foe and up to 4 foes in the area. These arrows move 66...40...33% slower and deal 33% less damage.
Elite Volley. This is for when you want to spew arrows into a mob, for whatever reason. Intense poison spread, amazing Choking Gas application, splinter triggers like whoa, and respectable damage to boot.
Crippling Shot[edit]

Small nerf. This shouldn't make a huge difference against eles, but it should allow a reasonably skilled and properly specced warrior to compete on a purely offensive split.
Debilitating Shot[edit]

10 ½ 8 Bow Attack. Interrupts an action. Interrupt effect: causes 1...6...7 Energy loss. Deals half damage otherwise.
Unconditional energy loss was rather skilless and, therefore, uninteresting. Instead, this is now another bow interrupt, with a similar conditional effect.

15 damage was a horrible way to scale dshot. No one cared if they were being hit for 1 or 16; they cared that their skill was being disabled for 20 seconds by the Ghostly Hero.
Accordingly, the disable on this skill is now the scaling factor. At the high end, this skill has actually been buffed. However, with typical ranger att splits, it should be the same, if not slightly worse.
Disrupting Shot[edit]

This is yet another dshot alternative. It trades reactive ability for a stronger disable.
This skill should, imo, be very interesting to see in play.

Rangers can have pew pew damages at the cost of any utility attack skills.
Forked Arrow[edit]

Another condition-spreading skill. Doesn't spread as fast as Arcing Shot, but is less energy intensive.

This skill is for good rangers to wreak havoc upon a team's midline.
Too slow for most reactive ints, this skill will rely on quarterknocking or prediction.
Needling Shot[edit]

This skill is for interrupting everything everywhere, if you're a good ranger and can land ints with a
¾ second interrupt. To counteract the slow activation time (which bypasses aftercast delay), this skill has a fast flight time. In fact, under 33% IAS, this skill would feel exactly like using a normal un-IASd interrupt with Read the Wind up.

Rangers have better things to use their preparations on.
This allows helps rangers to participate more effectively on spikes, assists in condi spread, and enhances interrupt ability.
Read the Wind (PvP)[edit]

Again, rangers have better things to use their preps for.
This is designed as an interrupt aide, but I fear it may be too strong when used with something like Crippling Shot.

Buff for normal rangers using this as an interrupt (especially with high Marksmanship), nerf for rspike.
Seeking Arrows[edit]

Blinding a ranger isn't done so that they stop doing damage; it's so they stop interrupting.
Because ranger interrupts are so important to balanced builds, shutting down a ranger via standard anti-physical means was, imo, too easy for its benefit (when compared to blurring a Warrior for the same cost).
This is a direct means to counteract that, though with a strong opportunity cost.
Sloth Hunter's Shot (PvP)[edit]

10 ½ 8 Bow Attack. Deals +5...17...20 damage and causes 1...6...7 Energy loss if target foe is not moving, attacking, or using a skill. Otherwise, deals half damage.
I expect this to be fun and interesting.

More condi-spread.
It's potentially faster than Arcing, and always faster than Forked, with the drawback of doing almost no damage and costing more energy.
