Agony (PvP)[edit]

10 3 30 Binding Ritual. Create a level 1...7...8 spirit (30...78...90 second lifespan). Causes 3...9...10 Health loss each second to foes in earshot. This spirit loses 3...9...10 Health for each foe that loses Health.
Proposed:[edit]
10 3 15 Binding Ritual. Create a level 1...4...5 spirit (5...11...12 second lifespan). Foes in the area of this spirit are easily interrupted while suffering from Deep Wound condition. Whenever a foe is interrupted by this effect, this spirit loses 20...36...40 Health.
It doesn't do a whole lot (anything) on its own, but, when applied well, this skill will work wonders. This is an example of support: the niche rits have somehow always ended up in, but never thoroughly excelled in.
Ancestors' Rage (PvP)[edit]

5 1 8 Skill. (3 seconds.) Deals 1...25...31 lightning damage to foes adjacent to target ally each second.
Proposed:[edit]
5 ¼ 8 Spell. (1 second.) End effect: foes adjacent to target ally take 5...33...40 lightning damage for each spirit in range (maximum 3).
Channeling magic is all about turning spirit presence into damage, and applying that damage where it counts. This skill is a great example of that.
Bloodsong (PvP)[edit]
Current:[edit]
5 3 30 Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...7...8 spirit (30...126...150 second lifespan). Its attacks steal 5...21...25 Health.
Proposed:[edit]
15 2 8 Binding Ritual. Create a level 1...4...5 spirit (5...25...30 second lifespan). Whenever a foe in the area is struck, the attacker steals 3...9...10 Health from that foe and all adjacent foes. Lifesteal cost: this spirit loses 3...9...10 health.
Similar to Agony, this doesn't do a lot on its own, but provides wonderful support.
Caretaker's Charge[edit]

5 1 4 Elite Spell. Deals 20...64...75 lightning damage. You gain 5 Energy and 5...41...50 Health if you are holding an item.
Proposed:[edit]
5 1 Elite Spell. Heal target spirit for 5...21...25% of your current Health. If you are holding an item, gain 5...11...12 Energy and 15...67...80 Health.
Support, support, support.
Channeled Strike[edit]

10 2 4 Spell. Deals 5...77...95 lightning damage. Deals 5...29...35 additional lightning damage if you are holding an item.
Proposed:[edit]
10 2 6 Spell. All foes near target ally take 10...54...65 lightning damage. Deals an additional 5...21...25 lightning damage if you are holding an item. If your target is a spirit, that spirit teleports to a nearby location directly away from you and this spell deals an additional 10...42...50 lightning damage.
Direct damage will not be rits' thing.

10 1 8 Elite Spell. Deals 10...54...65 lightning damage to target and nearby foes. You gain 10 Energy if you are within earshot of a spirit or holding a bundle item.
Proposed:[edit]
10 3 12 Skill. (8 seconds.) Affects target allied spirit and up to 2...5...6 allied spirits in earshot. Deals 5...13...15 Lightning damage each second to nearby foes. If any of these spirits are destroyed, nearby foes take 40...112...130 Lightning damage.
Direct damage will not be rits' thing.

5 3 20 Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...8...10 spirit (30 second lifespan). On death, it deals 1...8...10 damage to all foes in the area for each second it was alive (maximum: 150).

10 3 12 Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...8...10 spirit (30 second lifespan). Whenever an ally in range dies, nearby foes take 1...8...10 damage for each second Destruction was alive (maximum 150).
More Spirit Nova effect.
Essence Strike[edit]

5 1 8 Spell. Deals 15...51...60 lightning damage. You gain 1...7...9 Energy if any spirits are within earshot.
Proposed:[edit]
5 ¼ 8 Spell. Deals 5...49...60 damage. Disables your other skills (4 seconds).
Direct damage, you say?! Well, it's not enough to create any real pressure, but it is quite enough to add something substantial to spikes.
Gaze from Beyond[edit]
Current:[edit]
5 1 10 Spell. Deals 20...56...65 lightning damage. Inflicts Blindness condition for 2...5...6 seconds if you are within earshot of a spirit.
Proposed:[edit]
5 ¾ 4 Spell. Deals 3...13...15 Lightning damage for each spirit within earshot of target foe. Inflicts Blindness and Daze conditions for 3...7...8 seconds if target foe is within earshot of an allied spirit.
If this skill ever inflicts a meaningful Daze, the other team's casters are doing something horribly, horribly wrong.
Gaze of Fury (PvP)[edit]

5 2 20 Binding Ritual. Destroys an allied spirit. Creates a level 1...8...10 spirit (30...54...60 second lifespan). Its attacks deal 5...17...20 damage.
Proposed:[edit]
5 ¾ 6 Spell. Target ally gains 0...2...2 strikes of adrenaline for each allied spirit in earshot. Foes adjacent to that ally take 3...13...15 Lightning damage for each spirit within earshot of target ally.
Even more support. Of a different nature, of course.
Grasping Was Kuurong[edit]

15 1 20 Elite Item Spell. (15...51...60 seconds.) Drop effect: deal 15...63...75 damage and knocks-down all nearby foes.
Proposed:[edit]
15 2 20 Elite Item Spell. (3...10...12 seconds.) Each second, an allied spirit in earshot knocks down all nearby foes.
Hold Meteor Shower for 3...10...12 seconds.
